- Maintaining and monitoring program plans, program schedules, work hours/efforts, program progress.
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Ensuring program deadlines are met.
- Ensuring program adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for program.
- Assess program completion risks and issues.
- Responsible for smooth and efficient Wipro SOC delivery
- Ensuring quality delivery, and adhering to policy, procedure and compliance defined by Axiata.
- Responsible for identifying resource requirements
