Job Purpose: The Cyber Security executive will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of organizational data, systems, and networks by implementing and maintaining effective cyber security measures and strategies. This role is responsible for protecting company\'s information systems and data from cyber-attacks. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to cyber security threats, performing daily vulnerability management, managing company\'s cyber security systems, and ensuring user equipment and company systems are up to date with cyber security updates. Qualification & Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years of experience in cyber security. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and PCI DSS. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus software. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify potential security threats and respond to security incidents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness to work outside of normal business hours when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of security protocols and firewalls to prevent unauthorized access to the network. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of the IP networking, TCP/IP protocols. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to cyber security, such as GDPR and HIPAA. \xe2\x80\xa2 Certifications such as Security+ or Network+ are preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to start work immediately. Main Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement cyber security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect the organization\'s information assets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Respond to cyber security threats and incidents, including triage, analysis, and remediation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform daily vulnerability management activities such as scanning, prioritization, and remediation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the company\'s cyber security systems including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and antivirus software. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure user equipment and company systems are up to date with cyber security updates and patches. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide guidance and training to employees on security best practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with the development and implementation of security policies and procedures to protect the company\'s IT systems and data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure that security is integrated into all aspects of the company\'s IT systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and presenting reports on the company\'s security posture to senior management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with contractors and other professional staff during IT projects implementation and 3rd party integration in relation to Cyber Security aspects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze Incidents, response and restoration reports as per Company\xe2\x80\x99s Incident Management Policy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Suggest service maintenance improvement based on finding. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute to budget (CAPEX/OPEX) planning process in terms of Cyber Security hardware, software, or licenses. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow Company\xe2\x80\x99s IT and Data Centre policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Achieve targets set by line manager within guidelines established by the IT manager. General Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive and champion the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Corporate Governance, Corporate Vision and Mission, and Corporate Objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Encourage and promote a healthy working culture with a sense of high integrity and good work ethic. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide relevant support to the team from time to time as instructed by the Superior and/or Management.
