Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Information Security Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will take charge of protecting our information systems and data while working closely with clients during audits and managing key security processes. This role will be pivotal in safeguarding our IT infrastructure, both on-premise and in the cloud. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with organizational goals. Establish, review, and maintain robust information security policies and procedures. Ensure security policies are relevant for both on-premise and cloud environments. Perform regular risk assessments, security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration tests. Develop and execute remediation plans for identified security vulnerabilities. Monitor and respond to security incidents, breaches, or threats in a timely manner. Represent the company during client audits, providing documentation and explanations of security measures. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure compliance with security standards and timely risk mitigation. Work with IT teams to maintain secure network and system architecture. Stay up to date on emerging security threats, technologies, and industry best practices. Monitor SSL certificates and domain expiration dates, ensuring timely renewals. Oversee IT assets nearing end-of-support status, ensuring timely upgrades or replacements. Assist the Head of Infrastructure in executing obsolescence plans to ensure IT assets remain secure, relevant, and reliable. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security or a related role. Solid understanding of information security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). Proficiency with security tools and technologies (firewalls, IDS, IPS, etc.). Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH (preferred but not required). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
