Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Be the 1st contact for security matters for DRBU. Align priorities of cyber security tasks / project and communicate them back to CISO. Represent CISO on DRBU and lower levels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver aligned cyber security KPIs in a designated DRBU. Coordinate and execute actions needed to be on target. \xe2\x80\xa2 Translate business requirements to relevant CISO offering and organize delivery in a market. \xe2\x80\xa2 Risk assessments and advisory for projects coming from your DRBU or other regional / global projects within the domain of your expertise. Reassessments of risks after agreed time, to ensure continuous cyber safety. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive global or regional security projects linked to your area of expertise. \xe2\x80\xa2 Management of cyber risk with appropriate DRBU stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 If applicable, deployment of OT security projects withing the DRBU / the region \xe2\x80\xa2 If applicable, ownership for tools and processes linked with risk assessment and assurance globally (TAB, dPSQ, OneTrust, flexible assurance, self-assessments). \xe2\x80\xa2 5+ years of professional experience in information security with a record of increasing scope and responsibility. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience managing and communicating with business partners on different levels, up to director level. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to translate technical language into readily understandable language for business users. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience assessing cyber risks of projects, vendors and technologies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with and understanding of information security management, technologies, architecture and audits. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledgeable of security aspects related to networking, application development, ops, incident response, 3rd party vendor management and OT. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deep, end-2-end security knowledge accompanying at least one business area: manufacturing, finance, marketing / eCommerce, HR, legal, supply chain, sales / trade, physical security. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding cloud and SaaS configuration management and risk reduction (focus on Azure and AWS) and how to protect and detect potential threats in those environments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to think clearly, prioritise and make decisions under time-sensitive and high-pressure conditions \xe2\x80\xa2 Business acumen, ability to articulate both businesses, commercial and technical ideas clearly and simply \xe2\x80\xa2 Documented PM experience in the area of security or IT (small to medium projects) BENEFICIAL \xe2\x80\xa2 Budget and resource planning: provide relevant and validated input and forecast to plan and execute projects and programs \xe2\x80\xa2 Architecture and Engineering, including Cloud experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Law enforcement or corporate investigations experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Audit / Regulatory experience Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication),Computer Science / Information Technology \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written.
