Over Job Objective:

Support all pre-sales and post-sales Managed SOC and VAPT business opportunities Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures for the protection of the customers' data, applications, systems, and networks

Roles & Responsibilities

Managed SOC:

Monitor, analyse activity & identify threats Triage and correlate data to distinguish false positive Prioritize alerts for further investigation. Conduct active-in-depth research on the trouble ticket. Responding to all system and/or network security breaches Participating in the change management process Daily administrative tasks, reporting, and communication with the relevant departments in the organization

VAPT:

Participate in vulnerability assessment, penetration testing and identifying application, network and system vulnerabilities for customers Conduct Vulnerability Assessments of Network and Security Devices using various open source and commercial tools Conduct penetration test and launch exploits using Open source and commercial too Analyse scan reports and suggest remediation / mitigation plan Provide client specific VAPT report Participate in incident response for all security incidents and breaches

Requirement:

Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computing Certifications like CEH, ISC2 - Security+, C-PENT (preferred) MSSP (Managed Security Services Provider) experience supporting multiple customers or infrastructure 1-2 years in field of IT Security Services Broad background of networks, operating systems (Window, Unix, Linux), firewalls and security engineering concepts Analytical thinker willing to "think outside the box" to resolve customer impacting situations on first contact and understand customer risk profile. Self-starter and ability to deliver under defined time lines Great Problem-Solving Skills Good Communication Skills and Attention to Details
