Job Description

:

We are seeking a cybersecurity specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management (IRM), along with Splunk and Power BI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft Purview IRM (Must-Have):

Develop, configure, and manage IRM policies, templates, and use cases. Enable and optimize adaptive protection, data connectors, and advanced IRM features. Collaborate with Security, HR, and Legal teams on insider risk investigations. Manage IRM settings including detection groups, priority users, and policy indicators. Build and maintain policy templates for departing users, risky users, and policy violations. Provide insights and reporting for escalated insider risk cases.

Splunk (Preferred):

Support incident detection, investigation, and response using Splunk dashboards and alerts. Create and maintain Splunk dashboards, reports, and monitoring rules.

Power BI (Preferred):

Design and publish interactive dashboards and reports. Connect Power BI to Databricks and other sources for real-time analytics. Translate business requirements into clear visual insights.

Databricks (Good to Have):

Use Databricks notebooks with SQL/PySpark for data extraction, transformation, and cleaning. Build and optimize data pipelines to support dashboards, KPIs, and ad-hoc analysis.

Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview IRM (essential). Familiarity with DLP, insider risk monitoring, and security operations. Analytical mindset with experience in dashboards, reporting, and data tools. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
