• 2+ years' experience of working on System Security Engineer or other relevant position
• Significant experience of building and maintaining security systems
• Good experience in security systemsxd9xab including firewallsxd9xab intrusion detection systemsxd9xab anti-virus softwarexd9xab authentication systemsxd9xab log managementxd9xab content filteringxd9xab etc
• Good experience with network security and networking technologies and with systemxd9xab securityxd9xab and network monitoring tools
• In-depth knowledge of database and operating system security
• Good familiarity of the latest security principlesxd9xab techniquesxd9xab and protocols
• Understanding of Web related technologiesxd9xab including applicationsxd9xab servicesxd9xab Service Oriented Architecturesxd9xab networking protocols and so on
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• BS degree in Computer Science or other related area

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:

• Responsible for presales, installation and post-sales activities for out suite of security products.
• To provide technical support and consultation on solving customer's technical problems in ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Respond to security incidents and provide incident response services.
• Work with clients to understand their security needs and provide recommendations.
• Provide training and support to clients on security best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• To support customers in maintenance related issues.
