Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering customer requirements during sales meetings. Participate in initial discovery calls to understand client pain points. Support sales teams in answering basic technical queries from customers. Help senior engineers in designing IT solutions tailored to client needs. Conduct research on new products and emerging technologies. Document solution designs and configurations under guidance. Assist in creating technical presentations and product demonstrations. Contribute to writing responses for RFIs/RFPs. Work with sales teams to develop pricing and solution documentation.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. 1-3 years hands-on IT presales experience. Complete vendor training and certifications (CCNA, AWS Cloud Practitioner, etc.).
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
