This role will be a part of our global team to support and manage Convatec CRM tools.Our APAC GBS supports a hybrid working approach. You will be supporting markets in multiple time zones and some flexibility around working hours will be needed.Duties and ResponsibilitiesResearching, designing, implementing, documenting and managing Convatec's CRM software programs (Dynamics 365Working closely with other members of the cross functional teamIdentifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modificationsTesting and evaluating new programsWriting and implementing efficient code for running scripts/reportsDetermining operational practicalityDeveloping quality assurance proceduresDeploying software tools, processes, and metricsMaintaining and upgrading existing systemsAttending to Agile CeremoniesTraining usersTo be successful in this role you will haveHands-on experience working on highly customized Dynamics365 CE platform in a development and/or administrator capacityExperienced with PowerAutomate platform and creating automation processesExperience in .NET, JS coding and SQL scriptingWorking knowledge with data extraction, transformation and upload tools such as KingswaySoft, PowerAutomate or similar toolsFunctional collaboration with Commercial, Service & Marketing CRM End UsersKnowledge of CRM Plugin Coding, XRM toolbox or similar toolsOutroOur ambitions will bring the very best out in you.
