Requirements

• Good proficiency in Traditional Mandarin (Speak & Type).
• Basic English is acceptable.
• Open to SPM, diploma, and degree holders.
• Must be able to work on 24-hours rotational shift (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break).
• Must be able to work on 5 rotational working days including weekends & Public holidays.
• Good communication, analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Must have no issue working at TTDI, PJ.
• Able to join on 12th July 2023.

• Handle inbound telephone calls, emails, and other relevant administrative tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Escalate issues in time to resolve customer issues quickly and to their complete satisfaction.
• Identify and provide input on unique/recurring customer problems so that handling can be improved, or even better, the issue eliminated entirely.
• Keep our customers informed about our line of products and services, and how best to consume them.

• Salary Package: Up to Basic RM 2,500 - 3,500 (Subject to work exp & interview performance) + Night shift allowance up to RM 300 + KPI allowance up to RM 250
