Have no issue to work on 24 hours\' rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time)
Have no issue to based at Damansara Uptown, Selangor

Tanggungjawab
Handle inbound telephone calls, emails, and other relevant administrative tasks effectively and efficiently.
Escalate issues in time to resolve customer issues quickly and to their complete satisfaction.
Identify and provide input on unique/recurring customer problems so that handling can be improved, or even better, the issue eliminated entirely.
Keep our customers informed about our line of products and services, and how best to consume them.
Manfaat
Salary Package: Up to Basic RM 2,500 - 3,500 (Subject to work exp & interview performance) + Night shift allowance up to RM 300 + KPI allowance up to RM 250
