- Applicants with SPM qualification or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (read, speak, type)
- Traditional Mandarin (Read, Type) is a must
- Have no issue to work on 24 hours\' rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time)
- Have no issue to based at Bangsar South, KL
- Able to join intake date: 16 August 2023
- Handle all inbound calls in regarding to customers\' general inquiries.
- Ready to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time.
- Handle customer\'s with professional manner to maintain customer\'s satisfaction
- Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
- Monthly Salary: RM 3300 - RM 4000 basic [based on interview performance] + Up to RM 250 KPI Allowance + Up to RM 300 Night Shift Allowance
- 12 day Annual leaves + 14 day Medical leaves + EPF + SOCSO
- One free meal per day
