Job Description

As Data Analysis Specialist, you will join Global Data Analytics Team to participate in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of business analytics solutions. You will report to Data Analytics Manager, working on hybrid work mode to be based at our Shah Alam office.

Main Responsibilities

Translate our requirements into data model and visualization designs and communicate the need for predictive analytics to support PPG businesses decisions.

Prepare detailed technical specifications, to include transformations, visualizations and calculations from which analytics solutions will be developed.

Collaborate with, and will manage the tasks of, other team members to ensure on time on budget delivery.

Apply project management techniques and participate in prioritizing tasks, developing risk contingencies, adjusting project scope, using purchasing, and providing management feedback

Requirements

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience and technical training.

3 years experience in data/systems end to end from analyze, design, develop, and implement.

Experienced Data Warehousing/Big data architectures, analytical and design techniques, database technologies, and programming languages, including Business Intelligence

Experience in design systems using the appropriate architecture and tools such as Azure Data Lake, Data Bricks, SQL DB, AAS, Snowflake, and visualization tools like Power BI

Knowledge in utilize project and code tracking tools such as DevOps and Git hub

Comfortable working in an international/virtual/geographically distributed team

English fluency are necessary for business client engagements
