Responsibilities:

Assist data analysts in collecting, cleaning, and organizing datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity Perform basic data analysis using tools such asExcel, SQL, and Python Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and support data-driven decision-making Assist in building and maintaining dashboards using tools like Power BI Identify data trends, patterns, and anomalies, and report findings to the team Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc data requests Maintain data documentation and analysis report

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or current undergraduate student (preferred majors: Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related fields) 1-3 years' experience in sales operations, data analysis, or reporting is an advantage. Experience in FMCG, Distribution, or Multi-Principal Sales environment is highly desirable. Proficient in Power BI (dashboard design, data modelling). Strong SQL skills (MySQL/Postgres/SQL Server). Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas). Knowledge of ETL/Automation tools (e.g., Python, RPA, Airflow, n8n) is an advantage. Understanding of SFA/DMS/ERP systems and data flows. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Attention to detail and data accuracy. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
