About Us:

We manage multiple Airbnb listings and operate short-term rentals. We use data to improve pricing, occupancy and guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Collect, clean and analyze data from Airbnb and internal dashboards Assist in creating and maintaining reports on occupancy, revenue, pricing trends and operational KPIs Identify business insights and improvement opportunities in areas such as pricing strategy and guest experience Develop dashboards or visualizations using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets or Power BI Assist with market research on competitor listings, travel demand and short-term rental. Work closely with operations and management teams to provide data recommendations Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed

Qualifications:

Educational background in

Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, IT, Engineering, or other related fields

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Basic knowledge of

Excel / Google Sheets

(formulas, data handling) Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn data analysis tools and techniques
