Job Description

1.Sales and Customer Support:

oSupport the sales team with account administration, pipeline management, and tracking sales activities.

oCoordinate account engagement, including marketing campaigns, training, and events. This also involves managing program enrollment and invitations for surveys and events.

oManage customer contracts, collecting proposals and monitoring their submission status to ensure timely completion.

oProvide timely guidance on supply and pricing to both sales teams and customers, collaborating with internal stakeholders in marketing, finance, supply, legal, and other relevant business units.

oProvide necessary Intel documents and files securely and efficiently.

oServe as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations ensuring responses are provided within the agreed-upon Service Level Agreement (SLA).

oMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering great customer experience.

2.Data Management and Analysis:

oMaintain and update account and sales databases and CRM systems regularly.

oGenerate comprehensive reports and dashboards to track sales performance and trends.

oSupport the sales team by developing and implementing optimized SOPs.

oAnalyze and implement best practices to improve processes and tools, ensuring operational efficiency.

Requirement:

oProficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

oStrong analytical skills and attention to details.

oExcellent communication (in English and Mandarin) and with great interpersonal skills.

oAbility to work independently and as part of the team.

oKorean or Japanese speaking is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
