Job Description

s:

Design and develop BI dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI. Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions. Build operational dashboards with KPIs and data visualizations. Create cross-tab reports and Excel-based outputs as needed. Collorate with business teams, participate in scrum calls, and support requirement discussions. Prepare and analyze datasets using SQL, Excel and flat files. Conduct feasibility analysis, prototyping, and documentation of report templates and dashboards. Participate in UAT, dashboard validation, and design enhancements. Mange project tasks and tracking using JIRA or similar tools. Perform performance testing and optimization of dashboards. Schedule and automate dashboards and reports using Tableau Server. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for testing, support and issue resolution. Provide post-release dashboard support and user access management.

Requirements:

3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in BI reporting and dashboard development. Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Power BI. Experience with SQL, Excel and flat files. Familiarity with databases such as Hive, Impala, DB2, Teradata, MySQL, and Oracle. Experience working with live and extract data sources. Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Knowledge of performance testing and dashboard optimization. Experience with JIRA or similar tools for task tracking and collaboration. Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to support UAT, testing, defect correction, and post-release support. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities

Pay: From RM8,000.00 per month
