Job Description

:

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, designing effective data solutions to meet organizational needs. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and data-driven reports using Tableau and/or Power BI, transforming complex data into actionable insights. Design, implement, and manage data warehousing solutions to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and performance optimization. Utilize basic Python programming for automation, data transformation, and advanced analytical tasks. Uphold data integrity and accuracy by maintaining high standards in data validation, reporting, and analysis. Support ad-hoc data requests and provide analytical insights to various departments including Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Document data processes, methodologies, and analytical outcomes to promote transparency, consistency, and knowledge sharing across teams.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any discipline relevant to data analytics.

At least 3-4 years of experience/knowledge in using Tableau and/or Power BI (experience in both is a plus).

Expertise in data visualization, trend analysis, and business intelligence.

Experience in data warehousing, SQL, and structured reporting is highly desirable.

Basic programming knowledge in Python for advanced analysis.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a business-driven approach to analysis.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex data in a clear, business-relevant manner.

Detail oriented, pro-active and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of pressure.

Experience with data warehousing solutions.

Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
