Manage master data, user roles, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting environments, including dashboards and automated reports.
Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to generate actionable business insights.
Support sales, marketing, and supply chain teams with accurate and timely data for decision-making.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company guidelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve reporting/database issues, coordinating with vendors when required.
Train internal teams on data usage, reporting tools, and dashboards.
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
Experience & Skills
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Strong skills in
SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
.
Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and large-scale database management.
Experience with statistical analysis tools (Python, R, or similar) is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
