Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Analyst - Intelligence who will play a pivotal role in supporting our pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales activities for investigative and intelligence solutions such as Siren, Social Links, DataWalk, Moody's and other intelligence-driven applications tailored for enforcement, cybersecurity, and intelligence operations for enforcement, intelligence and cybersecurity government agencies and enterprises across Malaysia.
This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about data-driven intelligence, investigations, and technology integration.
You will work closely with technical, sales, and consulting teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy intelligence solutions for key government and enforcement clients in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Solution Support:
Support pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concept setups, and technical presentations.
Assist in preparing technical proposals and tender documents, particularly on solution infrastructure, security, scalability, and features/functions.
Project Implementation:
Participate in the implementation and configuration of intelligence platforms such as Siren, Social Links, DataWalk, Analyst's Notebook, and ShadowDragon.
Work on data integration, ETL processes, and connecting multiple data sources (e.g. Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, OSINT data feeds).
Support solution deployment, testing, and user acceptance phases.
Post-Sales & Training:
Provide post-deployment support, troubleshooting, and optimization for clients.
Conduct user training, workshops, and consulting sessions for enforcement, intelligence, and cybersecurity agencies.
Continuously enhance solution knowledge and intelligence workflows to deliver high-impact outcomes for clients.
Requirements
Malaysian citizen only.
Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Intelligence Analyst within enforcement, intelligence, or cybersecurity domains.
Strong familiarity with OSINT tools and data visualization/analysis platforms
Hands-on experience with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and data integration tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal).
Able to work independently, adapt quickly, and multitask across projects and pre-sales engagements.
Experience in tender preparation and proposal writing for government or enterprise projects will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
