A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be joining one of the Siemens-Energy digitalization team and will be responsible for performing analysis of critical infrastructure data. You will help to support the team in terms of gathering and organizing necessary information for input in tool used by the digitalization team and provide value of customer data and helping customers in their asset management. As part of the Digitalization team, you will be reporting to the Head of Digitalization and support the team in Proof of Concepts and develop skills to further your career development:

How You\'ll Make an Impact

• Data handling - Collecting and importing the data from different sources to the required format for the analysis.

• Interpreting data into comprehensive structures

• Monitoring data quality and removing corrupt data.

• Exposure to numerous aspects within a functioning business specially with Marketing and Sales with value add.

• Challenging convention, questioning the \'norm\' and encouraging the business to innovate

• Build your Continuous Improvement skills and confidence through leaning, training and owning/implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

• Be on track to graduate (information technology / Computer Science) above with a genuine passion for data analysis.

• Able to start from April 2024 onwards for minimum 6 months duration.

• Excellent understanding of general machine learning techniques and popular models (linear regression, SVM, etc.), and basic deep-learning models.

• Experience with development tools like Python, NumPy/Pandas, Scikit-learn and one deep-learning framework (Tensorflow / Keras / PyTorch).

• Experience with data exploration tool and data visualization tool, such as matplotlib, Echarts, etc.

• Proficiency with SQL and Microsoft office tools (Excel- Macro or VBA Power Point) including strong capabilities Power BI, Power App, Power Automate

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• You think logically, enjoy collaborating, and take a creative approach to problem solving with innovative solutions.

• You can work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. All gas turbines steam turbines and generators are manufactured under one roof. We provide decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
