• Bachelor\'s degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Actuarial Science.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome, training provided.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is compulsory, as dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients is required.
• Background in BPO, Digital Marketing Agencies, or Insurance Agencies is preferable.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing, CRM, Finance, Business Analyst role for senior position.
• Proficient in Excel VBA, SQL, Power Query, Power BI.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong research and conceptualization skills.

Tanggungjawab

• Gather data from various sources and use analytical tools to derive insights.
• Conduct thorough research on industry dynamics, competitors, and customer needs to identify improvement areas.
• Create clear and concise reports, charts, and graphs to present findings.
• Clean and organize data, ensuring accuracy and consistency, while keeping detailed records of methodologies, findings, and assumptions.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and team members to develop and implement growth strategies.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies, improve campaign effectiveness, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Assist in preparing presentations for internal teams and clients, summarizing analysis results and recommendations.
