Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Data Analyst to manage and coordinate data-driven initiatives for Sales and Service organizations. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our incentive and commission programs, providing key insights to senior management, and driving performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage incentive and commission programs, serving as the main checker for data accuracy. Work with large and complex datasets to organize, analyze, and extract meaningful insights. Serve as a Project Coordinator for sales and service initiatives, ensuring data-driven decisions are made. Analyze, collect, and document business problems and assist in determining the most effective and efficient solutions. Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support senior management and internal stakeholders. Support the manager's performance reviews, internal operation plans, and improvement strategies with data analysis. Monitor and support sales performance through regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or an equivalent field.

Experience:

At least 2-5 years of working experience in a related data analysis field is required.

Skills:

Proven experience in a sales organization-related role, with exposure to data analysis, incentive planning, quota setting, performance measurement, and payout calculations. Moderate proficiency in Tableau. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with SQL.

Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
