Key Responsibilities

Data Visualization & Reporting

: Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau to deliver meaningful insights to business stakeholders.

Data Manipulation

: Perform data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and preparation using tools such as Informatica, Dataiku, Alteryx, or Tableau Prep.

SQL Development

: Write optimized queries in SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL for data extraction and analysis.

Analytics & Insights

: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business decisions.

Prototyping

: Develop storyboard prototypes and dashboards with quick turnaround times based on evolving business needs.

Project Management

: Manage analytics projects end-to-end including business requirement gathering, solution design, user testing, technical documentation, and production rollout.

Collaboration

: Work cross-functionally with business, technical, and product teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Continuous Improvement

: Proactively identify process gaps, suggest improvements, and drive data quality initiatives.

Stakeholder Communication

: Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing decision-making without direct authority.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

5+ years of relevant analytics experience

with demonstrated career progression. Advanced knowledge of

Tableau

(dashboard design, visualization best practices). Strong SQL coding skills (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent). Hands-on experience with

data manipulation tools

(Informatica, Dataiku, Alteryx, Tableau Prep). Good to have: Python programming skills with data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.). Proven project management experience in analytics or data-related projects. Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and time management skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities with experience influencing stakeholders. Highly motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
