We are growing fast, and our ambition is boundless more products, more locations, and more people.About the role The Data Analyst is responsible primarily for ensuring that the reporting needs of the business stakeholders are met through end to end delivery of insightful data and analysis. Support and maintain existing reports and dashboards. Capture clear requirements direct from business stakeholders. Iterate report solutions by design, build and test methodology. Develop great relationships with business teams by fully empathising with their needs. Use best practice design and visual techniques to allow users to see and understand their data. Create analytical solutions that impress, inspire and become essential tools. Lead projects to improve the ways of working with the business. Contribute to the strategy of the data team. About you Degree in Computing, Mathematics or Engineering/Sciences. At least 3 years of experience in developing business reports and providing analytical support to business functions. Experience of working with large and complex data sets e.g. Data warehouses. Experience of leading technical or data driven projects in a large technology or engineering company. Transact SQL experience. Excellent communication skills & creative problem solving approach. An understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Enthusiasm to analyse data and drive actionable insight.
