Prepare reports on duty-free/duty-paid products, including spirits, cigarettes, beer, chocolate, perfumery, cosmetics, household and food, for each outlet by extracting relevant data such as purchasing, sales, stock holding, ageing and retail selling prices.
Consolidate outlet-specific merchandising, sales, and stock-related reports to generate Group-level reports for management, operations team, and other stakeholders to analyze and make decisions.
Consistently update and validate purchasing, sales, costing, retail pricing, and sales promotion data in reports to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
To apply/modify vendor and product listings.
Prepare and generate any ad hoc reports as necessary by the superior.
Job Requirements:
The candidate must have a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Procurement Management.
Requires at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Strong data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are required.
Experience with Merchandising System (IMS) or Navision is preferred.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
