Job Description

LB Auto Group is searching for an experienced data analyst to support spare parts operation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in all aspects of data analytics, including mining, generation and visualization. Additionally, this person should be committed to transforming data into readable, goal-oriented reports that drive innovation and growth.

Job Responsibilities :

Inventory & Demand Analysis : Analyse spare parts demand, seasonality, and usage patterns to optimise inventory levels, monitor slow-moving and obsolete stock, support reorder point, safety stock, and EOQ calculations, and track key inventory KPIs such as fill rate, stock-out frequency, and inventory turnover.

Sales & Aftermarket Performance : Analyse spare parts sales performance by SKU, customer, region, and channel, support pricing and discount analysis, and track warranty claims, returns, and part failure rates to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Supply Chain & Supplier Performance : Monitor supplier lead times, delivery performance, and reliability, analyse purchase order data and procurement cycles, and identify risks related to critical or long-lead-time spare parts to support supply continuity and operational efficiency.

Reporting and Dashboard : Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory health, demand versus forecast, backorders, stock-outs, and supplier performance KPIs, and ensure data accuracy and standardisation across all reports.

Data Management & Collaboration : Extract and manage data from ERP systems using APS, collaborate closely with warehouse, procurement, sales, and finance teams, and maintain clear data documentation and KPI definitions to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Statistics/Mathematics, Economics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Computer Science

Minimum 1 year of experience in data analyst field.

Knowledge in spare parts, automotive, industrial will be add as advantage.

Experience with database and have knowledge on system that suit for spare parts industry.

Passion in data analytic & knowledge in data related script writing skill is core

Strong interpersonal & presentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and work independently

Fluency in English and Malay
