As a Data Analyst Specialist, you will work with business analysts to analyze requirements, assist PMs with task/workload/timeline assessment, work with Data Analysts for required data warehouse modifications and Power BI model/report development, prepare technical specifications - cooperating with EMEA Team. Key Responsibilities

• Understand our needs and how to address those needs with IT solutions.
• Provide technical expertise within an assigned team, usually as a member of a project team, in the analysis, design, development and implementation of business applications
• Maintain awareness of current and planned projects within their IT group to promote analytics, data and solution sharing
• Collaborate with staff members, IT colleagues, and others to define functional and technical requirements.
• Assess available technologies, then develop and present viable solution options
• Maintain general knowledge of relevant data ingestion, integration and visualization processes and participate in planning processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science/related field, or equivalent work experience and technical training
• Consistent record of 6 years of experience in data-related roles
• Deep technical experience in:
  • SQL: complex queries and data management
  • Database: data modelling, querying performance optimization; data mapping, data interrogation, data quality. Experience in Cosmos DB is a plus.
  • Microsoft BI Stack including Azure (Data Factory, Data Lake)
  • Data warehouse development with SSAS, SSIS, SSRS
  • Statistical computer language: R, Python is preferred
• Experienced in technical writing and knowledgeable in systems and process orientation
• Attitude of continuous improvement and adapting new technologies
