Al-Ikhsan Sports Sdn Bhd is Malaysia's No. 1 sports retailer which is primarily involved in the retail of sports footwear, apparel and equipment. Al-Ikhsan Sports was established in 1993, now the business has grown tremendously and currently has over 180 stores located throughout Peninsular Malaysia.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic Supply Chain team as a Data Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in data analytics, as no prior experience is necessary and comprehensive training will be provided. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

Utilize data analytics tools to collect, analyze, and interpret data, providing insights into supply chain performance. Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock to ensure optimal availability. Identify areas for process improvement within the supply chain to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Identify potential risks in the supply chain and help develop mitigation strategies. Prepare and present reports and dashboards on supply chain metrics to management. Work closely with cross-functional teams including merchandising, operations, e-commerce, and 3PL partners. Support demand planning and forecasting to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

Experience: No professional experience is required. We are seeking passionate learners and will provide full on-the-job training. Academic Qualification: A Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics or Mathematics, related field of studies, etc Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines. Ability to multitask and monitor multiple deliverables at the same time. A proactive attitude with a drive to provide feedback and updates to superiors.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
