What You'll Be Doing:

Build a strong culture of data accuracy, curiosity, and continuous learning within the team. Translate complex business questions into actionable analysis across marketing, product, finance, and operations. Proactively surface emerging trends that impact growth, efficiency, or risk. Develop and explore predictive models such as churn risk, customer lifetime value, and demand forecasting. Present findings clearly to management and challenge assumptions with evidence-based recommendations. Collaborate with risk and payments teams to detect unusual patterns and highlight potential fraud or abuse. Develop early warning indicators to protect revenue and minimize losses. Partner closely with product and marketing teams to evaluate the impact of initiatives and experiments. Maintain alignment on key business metrics and KPIs across departments to ensure a single source of truth. Continuously spot new trends early that could affect growth or operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

4-6 years of experience in data analytics or a related field. A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Fluency in written and spoken BM, English, and Mandarin. Strong SQL skills and proficiency in at least one analytics language such as Python or R. Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Google Analytics, or similar platforms. Proven ability to connect data insights with commercial outcomes including growth, margin, risk, or efficiency. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Leadership experience through mentoring junior team members or leading small projects. A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate opportunities and risks rather than only responding to requests. Background or experience in fraud and risk analytics. Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and growth analytics. Experience in e-commerce, fintech, gaming, or other digital businesses is highly preferred.
