Hiring within Malaysia Responsibilities Conduct requirement study and business understanding with various stakeholders/ business units. Develop and interpret business cases from business unit and provide technical direction to team members. Manage team members output quality and timeline. Develop and implement comprehensive tools and strategies to organize, transform, and analyze both structure data and unstructured data according to business case Explain and present business cases from business perspective. Required to based customer site. Qualification Bachelor degree or above in Data Science, Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics or equivalent. More than 5 years' experience in analytics related roles (banking/insurance experience is a plus). Customer facing and with excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts and solutions to business. Critical thinking, problem solving and conflict resolution. Team leadership and management. Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Rich experience in business presentation and persuasion. Experience in statistical methodology and computational programming languages. Modelling experience (e.g. propensity, segmentation, demand forecasting, credit scoring). Certification on data analyst/ data science or equivalent will be an added advantage. Additional Or Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge in Big data platform and Big data technology such Hadoop, Spark, No- SQL, systems and programs Knowledge in data visualization such as Tableau/ Power BI or equivalent Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
