We maximise value from data - all the way from Discovery to Insights.In addition to partnering with teams across the business to develop solutions, scale and automate data driven solutions, Data & Analytics Chapter members are uniquely placed to connect the dots across initiatives, promote information sharing across domains and recommend re-use of data, analytics and solutions wherever possible.The PositionWe are looking for a Data & Analytics Product Owner who will join us in the newly setup Integrated Informatics for a journey to drive transformation with data and foster automated and efficient decision-making throughout the organisation.The Data and Analytics IT Product Owner must be the big-picture thinker who understands the value of data to the organisation, has a strong focus on delivering high value, connecting the dots, investing in right initiatives with reusability at the heart of it.In this position you will be acting as squad lead, have end to end ownership of Product delivery with setting up teams from multiple teams/areas with focus on Lifecycle management of the productResponsibilities:You will work on various aspects of Analytics Solution Development, Data Management, Governance and Information Architecture including but not limited to:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs and develop a product roadmap that aligns with business goals.Define and prioritise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for data and analytics products and ensure what was agreed gets delivered.Work with data engineers and data scientists to develop data pipelines, analytical models, and visualisations that meet business requirements.Collaborate with Infrastructure Teams and software developers to ensure that data and analytics products are integrated into existing systems and platforms in a sustainable way that still meets the needs of business to generate the insights necessary to drive their decisions.Monitor data and analytics product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data and analytics in the pharmaceutical industry.Act as a subject matter expert for data and analytics products and provide guidance to business stakeholders on how to effectively use these products.Accountable to Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides for data and analytics products.The ideal candidate:Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a product owner, product manager, or similar role in a pharmaceutical or healthcare organisation or (3-4 Years of experience in any Data streams (data science, data engineering , data governance etc.) plus a couple of years of Product ownership.)High Level understanding of data engineering, data science, Data governance and analytics concepts and technologies.Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and software developers.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with agile development methodologies.Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data and analytics in the pharmaceutical industry.What you get:Great working environment with attractive compensation and rewards package (according to local regulations);Annual bonus payment based on performance;Access to various internal and external training platforms (e.g. Linkedin Learning);Experienced and professional colleagues and workplace that supports innovation;Multiple Savings Plans with Employer MatchCompany\xe2\x80\x99s emphasis on employees\xe2\x80\x99 wellness and work-life balance ( (e.g. generous vacation days and OneRoche Wellness Days ),Flexible workplace policy;State of art working environment and facilities;And many more that the Talent Acquisition Partner will be happy to talk about!Who we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
