Key Responsibilities:

  • Process implementation and improvement through the use of software such as Excel, Alteryx
  • Process mapping/design, VBA
  • Improve within tool delivery or system implementation
  • System upgrade support
  • Review processes and proactively seek opportunities for process improvement
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Co-ordinate with TMF Group IT on TMF middleware applications and ensure smooth connection and processing with local software
  • Coach team members on using new templates and processes
Key Requirements:
  • 5~7 years of experience in process implementation and improvement involving multi-function, internal/external, local/international
  • Practical experience in process mapping and design, project planning and client on-boarding
  • Knowledge of payroll process and accounting processes preferred, but not necessary
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Advance hands on experience at developing operational tools using macro, VBA, Alteryx etc
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Mature personality, Proactive, responsible and a team player
  • Detail oriented, well organized and able to work independently
  • Good command in both spoken and written Japanese and business English (TOEIC 750 or above)
  • Professional in Excel, PowerPoint and project management tools (e.g. MS- Project)
