Roles & Responsibilities: Oversee the operational and managerial aspects of data center infrastructure to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Ensure the safe operation, maintenance, and management of all aspects of the data center infrastructure, assets, and vendor relations. Liaise with government authorities concerning electricity, fire safety, and water supply to guarantee energy supply and preemptive measures. Coordinate and supervise the implementation of safe operating procedures within the data center, ensuring systematic execution by departmental staff. Develop and implement effective energy management plans, continuously enhancing energy-saving initiatives. Create, review, and disseminate SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs documents for the facilities team. Conduct comprehensive job skills training for facilities management personnel and oversee performance evaluations. Foster collaboration and optimize processes across departments, maintaining open communication and coordination. Review, implement, and approve engineering plans related to facilities management. Maintain and organize data, documents, and forms pertinent to data center facilities management. Develop strategies for acquiring new data center facilities, overseeing recruitment efforts, and staffing for operational needs. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. More than ten years of relevant experience in medium/large-scale data center operations, including at least three years in a managerial role. Demonstrate a keen awareness of safety risks to ensure uninterrupted data center operations. Proficient in the operation and maintenance of various systems including high-voltage/low-voltage/UPS/diesel generators/HVAC/plumbing/fire safety/security/access control/monitoring systems. Familiarity with data center standards such as TIA-942, GB/T 50174-2008; Knowledge of ITSM concepts and standards, including ITIL/ISO 20000; and familiarity with incident/change/problem management processes. Efficiently manage and lead the data center\'s operational team, overseeing daily operations, emergency responses, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage data center vendor services effectively to ensure outsourced services meet operational and company policy requirements. Ability to plan resources based on existing data center capacities and develop tailored solutions for customer needs. Experience in energy management to optimize data center energy consumption levels and PUE. Strong writing and communication skills to develop various forms, records, reports, and plans, and effectively liaise with internal departments, municipal authorities, service providers, and clients. Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility in ensuring stable data center operations and delivering excellent services to clients. Candidates with experience in data center planning, design, and engineering implementation will be prioritized. Hold intermediate or higher professional certifications in relevant fields, with preference given to candidates with international certificates such as CDCP, CDCD, CDCMP.
