Job Title Data Center Group Analyst
Summary The purpose of the Analyst role is to build and improve data centre expertise that would help Cushman & Wakefield's (C&W) Data Centre Group (DCG) to deliver full services such as site selection, appraisals, feasibility studies, project and facilities management to sales, leasing and investing.
We support our clients to develop, build, buy, sell, invest in or manage and modernize data center projects from one location through to an entire portfolio. This Analyst role helps build the research base that allows in successful delivery of all our services

About the Role

• Track and analyse data centre activity in APAC and in your home base of KL or JKT, identify trends, growth opportunities and challenges being faced by DC firms.
• Collect and analyse data and publications on the global data centre sector.
• Assess findings and disseminate across various research outputs for internal and external audiences, written publications, client presentations, webinars and industry speaking opportunities.
• Answering data and informational queries from regional team (APAC) and being a knowledgeable source of truth for data centre insights for internal personnel.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop research proposals that will assist in business development and other revenue driving opportunities.
• Coordinate with global research team in drafting signature biannual and annual reports.
• Maintain effective communication with the C&W's DCG and other stakeholders, including through participation in regular team meetings.
• Execute bespoke advisory mandates for clients that may include demand estimations, pricing strategies, financial feasibility, market study, competitor benchmarking, regulatory and compliance requirements, etc.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in data science, business, finance, economics, or systems management; or a related field required; master's or other advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 of related work experience in data centres, IT or telecommunications.
• Experience in data analytics and report writing for data center projects
• Possess good communication skills as you are required to
