Job Description

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a data center MEP engineer or in a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiar with the design and installation of mechanical and electrical systems in data centers.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong knowledge of MEP engineering, with the ability to independently analyze and solve problems.
• Communication and Teamwork: Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Project Management: Experience in project management is preferred.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Level 1 Constructor, PMP) are preferred.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing); proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and Planning: Responsible for designing, planning, and implementing the mechanical and electrical systems of data center facilities.
• Equipment Supervision: Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of data center equipment to ensure that IT is deployed according to specifications and standards.
• Project Coordination: Participate in the planning and implementation of new projects, coordinate engineering activities across different stages, including collaboration with civil, municipal, and decoration professionals, and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Project Management: Supervise and manage the project delivery process to ensure compliance with safety, schedule, quality, regulatory standards, and maintain compliance.
• Documentation: Responsible for writing or reviewing relevant plans and ensuring they meet technical requirements and project needs.
• Materials List: Prepare material lists based on drawings or site requirements.
