Run daily, weekly, monthly and yearly batch jobs timely as scheduled based on approved checklists
Check success and accuracy of reports generated after each batch job
Ensure backup of application, system and data is completed accurately and timely
Monitor the availability and uptime of each of the SST deployed
Escalate to the First Line Maintenance (FLM) and/or Second Line Maintenance (SLM) vendors on any incidents of unavailability of SST service
Monitor and follow-up, until resolved on all incidents
Report to relevant internal stakeholders on all incidents based on the incident reporting matrix
Facilitate SST security activities e.g., enable/disable USB ports as per approved process
Prepare ad-hoc, daily, weekly and monthly reports on transactions and incidents
Alert relevant internal stakeholders on any fraudulent activities noted
Immediately report any suspected or noted security incidents to relevant internal stakeholders
Possesses basic understanding of the card payment and ATM industry based on personal experience, available sources and/or online channels; keeps oneself updated on basic information and development of the card payment and ATM industry
Handle routine operational procedures based on established SOPs (e.g., query handling etc)
Handle routine processes and requests, (e.g., liaising with SST commissioning team, vendors, CIT, site owners, participants etc), independently based on applicable process guidelines
Collate necessary information to identify potential improvement opportunities (e.g., site issue, service provider issue)
Handle routine operational procedures based on established SOPs (e.g., cash replenishment, ATM commissioning etc)
Establish new and maintain existing vendors & suppliers' relationships
Ensure communications e.g., all emails or customer calls are acknowledged and responded within 8 hours
JOB REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or in a other field
Fresh Grade in Computer Science, Information Technology or in other field.
Strong computer literacy skills in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Strong ability to establish, develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willing to work in shift
