Responsibilities

Monitor and manage essential equipment to ensure smooth operations and maintain 100% uptime. Conduct both scheduled and reactive maintenance promptly, ensuring full adherence to monthly work orders. Support facility upgrades, improvement projects, and other project-related activities. Keep the Facilities Operations Centre (FOC), storage areas, library, and workshop clean, organized, and ready for audits. Work closely with the operations team to troubleshoot equipment issues and prepare root cause analysis reports. Assist in creating and updating SOPs, emergency procedures, and other technical documentation. Provide technical assistance, coordinate with vendors, and support project reporting. Supervise contractors and third-party engineers to ensure compliance with site safety and quality standards. Operate and monitor critical systems (EPMS, BMS, Fire Systems) and respond quickly to alarms or abnormal conditions.

Requirements

At least 1-3 years of experience in a data centre or critical facilities environment (preferred). Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Willingness to work shifts exceeding 8 hours when required. Flexible and adaptable to support business and operational needs. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Pay: RM4,800.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
