Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor servers, networks, and systems to ensure smooth operation Respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests Install, configure, and maintain hardware (servers, cables, racks) Perform routine maintenance and system health checks Keep records of activities, issues, and resolutions Follow safety and security procedures inside the data center Coordinate with IT teams for issue resolution

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Basic knowledge of servers, networking, and hardware setup Good troubleshooting and communication skills Willing to work in shifts, including nights and weekends Physically able to lift and move equipment when required
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
