Data Centre Outsourcing & Third-Party Risk Management Lead
? Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor | (Onsite | Monday - Friday, Office Hours)
? Salary: RM 17,000/month + Fixed Allowance of RM950/month

About the Role
We are seeking a Data Centre Outsourcing & Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Lead to oversee service delivery, vendor governance, and infrastructure risk compliance across outsourced data centre operations. This role acts as a critical bridge between the organisation and external data centre providers, ensuring service reliability, security, and regulatory adherence in line with strict banking and technology governance standards.
This is not a typical "data centre operations" role - it requires strategic oversight with hands-on execution across SLA governance, vendor risk control, facilities compliance, and resilience assurance.
Key Responsibilities

• Govern day-to-day service delivery and operational performance of outsourced data centre vendors, ensuring full adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations
• Drive Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) lifecycle - including vendor due diligence, risk assessments, remediation tracking and periodic reviews
• Coordinate planned maintenance, incident response, change requests, and recovery activities
• Monitor capacity, environmental health, and facility performance metrics, including UPS and critical infrastructure
• Ensure vendor compliance with security, safety and regulatory frameworks such as RMiT, TVRA, PCI-DC, Uptime Institute, and MAS technology guidelines
• Participate in site inspections, operational audits, and control validations
• Liaise with internal compliance, IT, procurement and risk teams to address escalations
• Maintain accurate documentation across contracts, assessments, and service performance records
• Provide timely operational and risk reports to management / governance boards

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent professional qualifications
• 8+ years' experience in data centre facilities management, vendor outsourcing oversight, contract governance or infrastructure risk management - ideally within Banking / Financial Services / IT Infrastructure environments
• Proven understanding of TPRM processes, audit frameworks and vendor governance methodologies
• Hands-on exposure to data centre environments, including facilities infrastructure (UPS, cooling, power, etc.)
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with an ability to act fast on operational or compliance issues
• Independent, detail-driven and proactive in enforcing operational resilience and risk control
