Position : Data Centre Technician ( Hardware Break Fix) ( Immediate Hiring)
Tenure : 6 Months Contract Only
Working Location : Kulai Johor
Working Hour : Rotational Shift
Salary : RM 7,000 - RM 10,000
JD:
Participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all production server hardware, and software.
Provides 2nd level technical support ,manages escalated support cases and leads appropriate internal technical resources and/or 3rd party vendors to resolution.
Assist with server operating system and application upgrades, bug fixes, and patching.
Troubleshoot basic switch issues and replace switches
Perform replacements of failed components such as hard drives/ DIMM
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
Requirements:
Must be able to work shift basis 12hours (Day/ Night) including weekends
must have experience in Hardware Break Fix
Responsible for a shift in a 24/7/365 working environment including on-call rostered basis shift
Good experience in Linux
Good in SQL
Strong troubleshooting experience in Network, storage, server and software application
cabling knowledge in data center will be an advantage
Looking for someone can start work immediate basis and open for contract role
Rotational shift 12hours with new start up environment based in Johor Bahru.
