We are looking for a motivated Data Controller Intern with an academic background in Records Management to support our data and document control processes. The intern will assist in managing, organizing, and maintaining accurate and compliant data and records within our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Help maintain and organize all digital and physical records, making sure they comply with company policies and regulations
Support the process of entering, verifying, and updating information across all databases and filing systems.
Verify that all documents and records are properly labeled, organized, and can be accessed easily.
Assist with reviewing and updating document control procedures.
Assist in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all platforms.
Assist in audits and compliance checks by preparing all necessary documents.
Ensure the confidentiality of all sensitive information and handle it with the appropriate discretion.
Carry out other related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Records Management, Library Science, Information Management, or a related field
Strong organizational and filing skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of document control systems and data management practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
