Job Description

To assist Company in building an internal intelligent data system (privately deployed ChatGPT), integrating key company data assets including mining rights, geological reports, trade data, and customer CRM. The role supports project evaluation, customer management, and data-driven investment and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilitie

1. ChatGPT System Deployment & Maintenance

Work with technical consultants to deploy local or private-cloud versions of GPT systems; Organize and structure company documents, contracts, project files, and geological reports into a searchable Q&A knowledge base; Build internal prototypes of a "Mining Rights AI Assistant" to support research, analysis, and document interpretation.
2. Data Governance & Knowledge Modeling

Standardize and clean existing project data (coordinates, reserves, grades, beneficiation methods, etc.); Build a multilingual mining taxonomy to support AI-driven retrieval; Collaborate with finance and operations teams to build data APIs for future CRM and trade integration.
3. Technical Support & Operations

Manage platform access, versioning, and APIs; Work closely with the CEO's assistant and project managers to improve user experience and deployment workflows; Deliver internal training and drive adoption across projects, trading, and finance units.
4. Future-Oriented AI Applications in Trade & CRM

Contribute to building an "AI Trade Assistant" to track contracts, shipment schedules, and port stock; Structure customer interaction datasets to develop personalized CRM intelligence; Support the future "Field Operations Data Platform" and promote data-driven operations across the company.

Candidate Requirements

Education: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, or Data Engineering

Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Python, LLM orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), RAG architecture, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Chroma)

Data Experience: - Experience in enterprise data governance or document knowledge bases preferred; familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB is a plus

Language Skills: - Fluent in English (Mandarin reading ability preferred for mining documents)

Soft Skills: - Strong sense of ownership, cross-team communication, ability to deliver prototypes independently

Bonus: -Background in GIS, mining datasets, or past experience in consulting, finance, or energy/resources industries is a strong plus
