What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:
As a Data Engineer, you\xe2\x80\x99ll build the strategic and tactical foundation for data-driven marketing efforts. You\xe2\x80\x99ll work to achieve client goals through proper management and transformation of client data.
Day-to-day, your role includes:
\xc2\xb7 Assessing, formulating and implement data management framework/solution based on client\xe2\x80\x99s request
\xc2\xb7 Design database schema to optimized data processing and storage
\xc2\xb7 Managing existing data pipelines and identify ways to enhance data quality and integrity
\xc2\xb7 Design and apply privacy and regulatory requirements on PII related data and manage access
\xc2\xb7 Manage performance and access of database
\xc2\xb7 Build data models to ensure data validation and clean-up for new data set onboarding
\xc2\xb7 Manage and enhance Microsoft Azure platform for efficiency in data processing
\xc2\xb7 Communicating with clients regularly on scheduled deliverables and ad-hoc requests
\xc2\xb7 Manage operations of scheduled data ingestion and processing
Qualifications
We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:
\xc2\xb7 A four-year college degree
\xc2\xb7 3-5 years overall experience in data engineering
\xc2\xb7 At least 3 years of experience with SQL, Data Design, Data Architecture and managing a database
\xc2\xb7 Hands on experience with managing large data sets and ETL experience
\xc2\xb7 Experience with designing and rollout of data schema
\xc2\xb7 Experience working with Microsoft Azure and SQL Workbench
\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills and able to with internal and external stakeholders at a variety of levels
\xc2\xb7 Experience with Google Big Query, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Python, SFMC and Javascript is a plus
\xc2\xb7 Experience working with PII and marketing related data is a plus
\xc2\xb7 Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
\xc2\xb7 Passion for data and technology
