We strive to generate value through providing specialist advice and making recommendations to optimize decision making, delivering transparent processes and implementing governance and controls to mitigate risk.Let\'s talk about ResponsibilitiesWorks with Business Analysts and Business Application Owner to translate business requirements and use cases into technical and data requirementsIdentifies all the source system tables and fields that need to be brought into CelonisExtracts, transforms and loads all source system data needed for each process implemented within CelonisBuilds the Celonis data model for each processCollaborates with relevant business experts to validate the data within CelonisMonitors and optimizes the performance of all data queries to ensure ideal response timesDocuments all technical and data requirements and all extract, transform, load (ETL) workRemaining up to date with industry standards and technological advancements that will improve data reliability, efficiency and quality.Provides ongoing support for any data-related issuesPresent implementation progress and results to senior executives and business teamsLead business value workshops with process improvement and business teams and uses Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for operational and process improvementsDocument Celonis implementations and builds a library of use casesManage and prioritize all incoming requests for Celonis enhancementsSupport and enable end usersLet\'s talk about QualificationsDegree qualification in Data/Computer Engineering or related discipline and with at least 3 years relevant working experienceProficiency in SQL codingExtensive experience in ETL processesStrong experience with relational databases and data modelingPython skillsSolid understanding of the data structures of core enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM)Demonstrated experience working with large and complex data sets as well as experience analyzing volumes of data.Strong communication skills and people skillsStrong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problemsProficiency in leading and facilitating workshops and executive meetingsPrevious experience in process improvement, business analysis or technology consulting referredExperience working in a Shared Services or MNC environment a plusJoining us is more than saying \xe2\x80\x9cyes\xe2\x80\x9d to making the world a healthier place.
