- Arrange container shipment schedule, ensure shipment is on the time.
- Record customer orders; make arrangements if there\xe2\x80\x99s any special request.
- Update inventory reports.
- Check printed airway bills, record and update tracking numbers to customers at each platform.
- Check and update owing stock.
- Check total sales, item price, any duplicate order, canceled orders, or orders return and refund, ensure all records are tally.
- Check special case; whether there\xe2\x80\x99s any changes such as request of changing address, hold shipment, canceled order, etc.
- Handle East Malaysia\xe2\x80\x99s orders, work with E-post direct for shipping arrangement.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by manager
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organization and administrative skills
- Strong computer skills (MS Excel and Spreadsheet)
- Detail-oriented and able to work in fast-paced environment
