\xe2\x80\xa2 Managing the entire data migration process by identifying potential issues and resolving them before they become problems \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating with the client to determine their data needs, including the types of data that need to be migrated and how the data will be used \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluating existing computer systems to determine how to best move data from one system to another \xe2\x80\xa2 Creating an inventory of all data that needs to be migrated and determining how much time and effort will be required to complete the task \xe2\x80\xa2 Establishing testing procedures to ensure that the migrated data is accurate and consistent with client specifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring progress on the project to ensure that it is completed on time and within budget \xe2\x80\xa2 Creating backup copies of client data in case the project is interrupted for any reason \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing technical support for the data migration process to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently \xe2\x80\xa2 Creating documentation of the project process to serve as a guide for future migration projects
