Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in the company system.
Verify and cross-check information to ensure accuracy.
Support daily administrative and documentation tasks.
Maintain organized filing systems for easy record retrieval.
Assist in preparing simple reports and summaries when required.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
High attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Immediate or short notice availability is an advantage.
