Position: Data Entry

Working Location: Level 10, Menara Citibank, 165 Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur

Working Duration: 10 months contract with PERSOLKELLY

Working Day/Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Salary: Basic up to MYR 2100/Month + statutory contribution + leave entitlement (Based on qualifications + Experiences)

Job Purpose:

Handling of Billing administrative processes

Key Responsibilities:

• To handle billing processes analyzing the sub-custodian invoices to extract applicable charges, which are to be passed back to end clients.
• To track receivables against the outstanding invoices.
• To process upload of out of pocket (OOP) charges, perform liquidation and reconciliation of applicable charges through the posting and Billing system.
• Post journal entries related to Billing process.
• Post journal entries to process the payment instructions received from various clients.
• Support the SME to handle queries related to out-of-pocket charges.

Job Requirements:

• Experience of handling receivables from clients, invoice and payment processing, knowledge of basic accounting entries, etc.
• Fast in data input in excel and various systems/software.
• Good knowledge of analyzing numbers.
• A person with similar experience like the job description to be preferred.
• Efficient in Data analysis, Fast in effective in MS Excel & Outlook, data analysis skills, team player
• Self-driven, fast learner and hunger to learn new things.
• Capacity of superior skills is MS Excel will be a plus.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting
• Microsoft Excel, Accounting Knowledge
• Managing of Emails
• Attention to details and discipline in terms of managing day to day tasks.
