Job Description

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and systems

Responsibilities



Enter, update, and verify data in databases, spreadsheets, and company systems. Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Retrieve and manage data as requested by management or other departments. Perform regular backups and data integrity checks. Generate reports and summaries from entered data when required. Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and efficiency. Adhere to company data entry standards and deadlines. Responsible for the store operation in accordance with company policies and procedures (included goods receive and storages) Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time

Requirements



Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field (preferred) 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and database applications. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Good communication and time management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
